About Us

Bourbon Bakery started in 2018 as an idea to bringing the rich flavors of Bourbon to cheesecakes, with also offering a wide range of cakes, pies, cookies, muffins and brownies without spirits. The menu expanded in 2019 to not only have bourbon baked goods but other select spirits like spiced rum and limoncello. 

In 2020, the idea for affordable but elegant wedding cakes came to be. Now Bourbon Bakery offers couples the opportunity to have a beautiful wedding cake without breaking the budget.  

In 2020 things slowed down with the pandemic, but with the support of returning customers, word of mouth and great reviews, Bourbon Bakery kept going. 2022 brought the decision to switch from commercial to home-base processing. This has allowed us to put care and time into each bake, making desserts that are not only full of flavor but beautifully presented. Getting back to basics has proven to be a success. 

We are licensed through the state of Kentucky as a cottage bakery. Everything is made fresh for each order. Through Home-Based Processing, we can provide our customers with a customized approach to their orders, knowing everything was made just for them. All our items come labeled so you know exactly what goes into your baked goodies. Small batches mean it’s not only a better option for you and your family, but also better for our environment.
